Meet the friendly staff at Granada Veterinary Clinic!

  • Dr.
    Leana Galdjian
    Owner

My passion for animals has been unwavering since childhood. Having a DVM after my name is the culmination of a dream, years of study and determination, I began working for Dr. Dana Biefer as veterinary technician in January of 2000. She has been my mentor since i shared my dream. Surgery is a primary interest of mine. Not surprising, I have a special interest in reproductive too. I got my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from St George's University, Grenada (Class of 2011). I started working at Granada Veterinary Clinic in 2017, and became owner in September 1, 2021. I will be treating your fur babies, as my babies.

Call us at (818) 361-0125 for an appointment.

  • Becky Hodgins
    Manager/Tech

I started working in the veterinary field in 1974, because of my love of my horses. I lived in Seattle Washington at this time. Then I moved to California in 1982, and started working at Granada Veterinary Clinic in 1983. I have really enjoyed working with all my clients and their fur babies. I have been so blest to work here for 40 years. I have met so many wonderful people, that are like family to me.

  • Samantha Bray
    Veterinary Technician Assistant

I’ve been part of the Granada Veterinary Clinic team since August of 2022. Before I started working here, I was a client and had already had an interest in veterinary medicine since I was in the third grade. When I was given the opportunity to work here I was beyond excited to finally get hands-on experience in the field that I wanted to pursue. I am currently a full-time college student at Los Angeles Pierce College where I am majoring in Animal Science and plan on transferring to CSUN to complete my undergraduate degree and then apply to Veterinary school in pursuit of a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.

  • Melissa Onofre
    Registered Veterinary Technician

I started off as a volunteer in 2021 looking to complete hours for my veterinary technician program and before I knew it, I was an employee. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a zoology major and hope to one day become an RVT. Working here has definitely helped me advance my skills and there's so much more yet to learn. I've always loved working with all sorts of animals whether they're domestic or exotic. I currently own 2 cats and 1 dog who give me lots of trouble but I love very much.

  • Jamie Hernandez
    Receptionist

Hi, I started working at Granada Veterinary Clinic in March of 2022. Since I started working here, I have met a lot of wonderful people and their amazing pets. I have a Miniature Schnauzer named Malibu that I love very much. I am very blessed to be a part of the Granada team as I have always dreamed to work with animals since I was little. I have learned a lot of things and continue to expand my knowledge in this field.

  • Gabriel Cruz
    Veterinarian Technician

I started coming to Granada with my babies first, before I was hired in 2007. I love working here, and taking care of all my fury friends. And especially making friends with all the owners .. It makes it so much fun to come to work to see all their happy faces.
